Majowa 2, 71-374 Szczecin, Poland, tax identification number (NIP): 8522686489, providing electronic services via the Service. <\/p><\/li> <li><p>User \u2013 a natural person for whom the Controller provides electronic services via the Service.<\/p><\/li> <li><p>Device \u2013 an electronic device with software through which the User gains access to the Service.<\/p><\/li> <li><p>Cookies \u2013 text data collected in files placed on the User\u2019s Device.<\/p><\/li> <li><p>GDPR \u2013 Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).  <\/p><\/li> <li><p>Personal data \u2013 information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (\u201cdata subject\u201d); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person. <\/p><\/li> <li><p>Processing \u2013 any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction. <\/p><\/li> <li><p>Restriction of processing \u2013 the marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their processing in the future. <\/p><\/li> <li><p>Profiling \u2013 any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects concerning that natural person\u2019s performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location, or movements. <\/p><\/li> <li><p>Consent \u2013 the data subject\u2019s consent means any freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject\u2019s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her. <\/p><\/li> <li><p>Personal data breach \u2013 a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed. <\/p><\/li> <li><p>Pseudonymisation \u2013 the processing of personal data in such a manner that the data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.j <\/p><\/li><li><p>Anonymisation \u2013 anonymisation of data is an irreversible process of operations on data that destroys\/overwrites \u201cpersonal data,\u201d making it impossible to identify or link a given record to a specific user or natural person.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 style=\"text-align:center\">\u00a72 Data Protection Officer<\/h2><p>Pursuant to Article 37 of the GDPR, the Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. <\/p><p>In matters related to data processing, including personal data, please contact the Controller directly.<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align:center\">\u00a73 Types of Cookies<\/h2><ul><li><p>Internal cookies \u2013 files placed and read from the User\u2019s Device by the Service\u2019s ICT system.<\/p><\/li> <li><p>External cookies \u2013 files placed and read from the User\u2019s Device by the ICT systems of External Services. Scripts of External Services that may place Cookies on the User\u2019s Devices have been intentionally included in the Service through scripts and services made available and installed in the Service.  <\/p><\/li> <li><p>Session cookies \u2013 files placed and read from the User\u2019s Device by the Service during a single session of a given Device. After the session ends, the files are deleted from the User\u2019s Device. <\/p><\/li> <li><p>Persistent cookies \u2013 files placed and read from the User\u2019s Device by the Service until they are manually deleted. The files are not automatically deleted after the Device session ends unless the User\u2019s Device is configured to delete Cookies upon ending the Device session. <\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 style=\"text-align:center\">\u00a74 Data storage security<\/h2><ul><li><p>Mechanisms for storing and reading Cookies \u2013 The mechanisms for storing, reading, and exchanging data between Cookies saved on the User\u2019s Device and the Service are implemented through built-in web browser mechanisms and do not allow the retrieval of other data from the User\u2019s Device or data from other websites visited by the User, including personal data or confidential information. Transferring viruses, trojans, and other worms to the User\u2019s Device is also practically impossible. <\/p><\/li> <li><p>Internal cookies \u2013 The Cookies used by the Controller are safe for Users\u2019 Devices and do not contain scripts, content, or information that could threaten the security of personal data or the security of the Device used by the User.<\/p><\/li> <li><p>External cookies \u2013 The Controller takes all possible actions to verify and select Service partners with regard to User security. The Controller cooperates with well-known, large partners with global public trust. However, the Controller does not have full control over the content of Cookies from external partners. To the extent permitted by law, the Controller is not responsible for the security of such Cookies, their content, or their licensed use by scripts installed in the Service originating from External Services. These entities may change their terms of service, privacy policies, purposes of data processing, and methods of using cookies at any time. <\/p><h2 style=\"text-align:center\">\u00a78 Types of data collected<\/h2><p>The Service collects data about Users. Some data (without identifying data) may be transferred to the statistics service provider. <\/p><h2 style=\"text-align:center\">\u00a79 Access to personal data by third parties<\/h2><p>As a rule, the only recipient of personal data provided by Users is the Controller. Data collected as part of the services provided are not transferred or sold to third parties. <\/p><p>Entities responsible for maintaining the infrastructure and services necessary to operate the Service (most often under a data processing agreement) may have access to the data, i.e.:<\/p><ul><li>Hosting companies providing hosting or related services for the Controller<\/li><li>Companies through which the Newsletter service is provided<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Entrusting the processing of personal data \u2013 Hosting, VPS, or Dedicated Servers<\/strong><\/p><p>To operate the Service, the Controller uses an external hosting\/VPS\/dedicated server provider \u2013 <strong><arel=\"nofollow external\" href=\"https:\/\/regulaminy.home.pl\/Polityka-prywatnosci-home.pl.pdf\">home.pl SA<\/a><\/strong>. All data collected and processed in the Service are stored and processed in the provider\u2019s infrastructure located in Poland. Access to the data may occur as a result of maintenance work carried out by the provider\u2019s personnel. They are deleted or anonymised within up to 30 days from the end of service provision (e.g., deletion of a registered user account, unsubscribing from the Newsletter, etc.). <\/p><p>An exception is a situation requiring the protection of the Controller\u2019s legitimate purposes for further processing of such data. In such a case, the Controller will store the indicated data, from the time of the User\u2019s request for deletion, for no longer than 3 years in the event of a breach or suspected breach of the Service Regulations by the User. <\/p><p><strong>Anonymous data (without personal data) collected automatically:<\/strong><\/p><p>Anonymous statistical data that do not constitute personal data are stored by the Controller for the purpose of keeping Service statistics for an indefinite period.<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align:center\">\u00a713 Users\u2019 rights related to personal data processing<\/h2><p>The Service collects and processes Users\u2019 data on the basis of:<\/p><ul><li><p>Right of access to personal data<br>Users have the right to obtain access to their personal data, exercised upon request submitted to the Controller.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Right to rectification of personal data<br>Users have the right to request the Controller to promptly rectify inaccurate personal data and\/or complete incomplete personal data, exercised upon request submitted to the Controller.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Right to erasure of personal data<br>Users have the right to request the Controller to promptly erase personal data, exercised upon request submitted to the Controller. In the case of user accounts, data deletion consists of anonymising data that enable identification of the User. The Controller reserves the right to suspend the execution of an erasure request to protect the Controller\u2019s legitimate interests (e.g., when the User has violated the Regulations or data were obtained as a result of correspondence). <br>For the Newsletter service, the User can delete their personal data independently by using the link included in every email message sent.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Right to restriction of processing<br>Users have the right to restrict the processing of personal data in the cases indicated in Article 18 of the GDPR, including contesting the accuracy of personal data, exercised upon request submitted to the Controller.  <\/p><\/li><li><p>Right to data portability<br>Users have the right to receive from the Controller the personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, exercised upon request submitted to the Controller.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Right to object to processing<br>Users have the right to object to the processing of their personal data in the cases specified in Article 21 of the GDPR, exercised upon request submitted to the Controller. <\/p><\/li><li><p>Right to lodge a complaint<br>Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 style=\"text-align:center\">\u00a714 Controller\u2019s contact details<\/h2><p>You can contact the Controller in one of the following ways:<\/p><ul><li><p>Postal address: Next Move Labs Sp. z o.o., ul.
